In the course of pursuing the spiritual path, we often neglect the living arrangements, such as mind and physical cleanliness, food and beverage arrangements, resting, and so forth, for our own health and peace of mind. Furthermore, we should not neglect the service meant for our own family just for the sake of our spiritual progress. However we have to pay full attention to our family and serve them well.

Besides that, many people have twisted the meaning of Spiritual path as against material things. Yet in life, especially family life, we can’t be separated from money. We are not able to do anything without the existence of money. Guruji used to say, "How can you meditate when you’re hungry?" For those who are not responsible for family life, I have a special fast technique, just like taking an elevator; a very different one comparing to the persons who have tough task in the form of responsibility for their families.

Often the Spiritual Seeker is so eager and enthusiastic with the side’s result of spiritual journey which is having magic power. In fact it’s not the main purpose or ultimate goal of all the efforts taken by the Spiritual Seeker. Actually the magic power owns by someone will be able to drag them away and they will fall down to the lowest level of Hell, because that might happen due to of all sorts of praise and a variety of things that can cause a person feel that he is equal to God, in the sense that he is God himself. Magic power is only going to push away a Spiritual Seeker from his main objective born as a human which is to serve others as he’ll be busy with the affairs of being shaman such as to be a fortune teller, or healing practitioner to heal/cure sick persons who will keep coming and make him famous and finally he will not able to recognize himself. In fact, in order to cure the diseases, there are already lot of doctors in this world; ranging from general to specialist ones, who can heal a person from a wide variety of disease.

However the fall-off like that can be avoided by having the attitude of "Surrender" to God, although one does not have any special "magic power" to deal with people who want to attack him, God will surely prove that He is much more powerful than those annoying people. With the attitude of resignation and fully surrender to the Almighty God, those attitudes will further generate and develop another important attitude of being bent in submission down to earth because he’s then forced to stay on the ground, that way he will realize that he doesn’t have any abilities but it’s all because of the full protection from God works to the Spiritual Seeker. That’s the most beautiful and safe way to remove "false ego" and also the most powerful way to stay close to God, even better that by God’s grace he will become the "tool" of God to serve all beings.
